李应雪,女,西南大学中文系本科毕业,中共党员,一级教师,重庆市小学语文骨干教师,重庆市教育学会德育专业委员会会员,重庆市第四期中小学领雁工程项目鲤鱼池小学语文工作坊成员,重庆市淑琼名班主任工作室成员,现任教于重庆市江北区鲤鱼池小学,长期担任班主任及语文教学工作。曾获“重庆市先进少先队工作者”“重庆市先进科技工作者”“重庆市第三届十佳少先队辅导员”“重庆市江北区中小学优秀班主任”等荣誉称号。在重庆市班主任基本功大赛中获全能二等奖;在“一优一师课,一课一名师”晒课活动中获重庆市一等奖,执教的《古诗二首》被评为国家“部级优课”;参与主研的课题“小学语文高年级作文课堂教学有效性策略研究”获重庆市教育学会优秀课题二等奖;多篇论文获国家及市级奖,并发表在《新教育时代》《文渊》《共筑有氧教育》《科学咨询》《中小学德育研究》《三峡教育》等国家级和市级正规期刊上;指导的多篇学生作文获国家及市级奖,并发表在《作文大本营》《学语文》《作文与考试》《当代重庆优秀作文精萃》《少年先锋报》等省市正规报刊上。所带班级多次获评学校“文明班级”,还曾被评为“重庆市江北区雷锋式班级”。
