近年来,国家加大水利基础设施建设力度,投资兴建了大量的水利水电工程,
对水利工作的具体实施提出指导意见,给水利行业带来了更大的机遇。当前,水利
工程处于快速发展和变化时期。随着建筑市场管理力度的加强,先进技术的推广和应用,工程建设管理水平有了很大的提高。但是,因从业人员业务水平参差不齐,建设管理仍存在诸多问题。为了更好地适应水利工程建设现代管理的要求,本书依据新的建设管理规范条例,理论与实例相结合,着重解决施工中真实发生的实际问题,突出重点,以项目建设管理的角度,从施工组织设计到建设管理,明确各环节的工作要点及方法。具有较强的指导性,可供水利工程类相关人员工作时参考借鉴,也可作为水利工程施工企业项目管理人员的培训教材,以及大专院校水利工程类专业师生的教学参考书。
