本书结合当前体育教育领域现状,针对中职学校体育教育存在的问题展开研究。从新时期我国体育事业转型发展的总体时代要求及“体育强国”发展目标的大背景出发,研究了体育教育转型的基本思路、体育教育转型的策略与原则、体育教学的现状和问题、体育教育思维的转变、体育课程教学改革、体育教学的创新性思维、中职体育与健康等众多方面,探究了中职院校体育教学的转型与创新发展之路。
体育课程是一种综合运用多种教学手段,把知识和体育活动相结合的教育的过程,是培养学生全面发展和进行素质教育的重要途径。体育教学改革能使人们改变旧有的观念,从而更加重视和积极参与到体育运动中。这一过程能够促进人们进一步地开发更多的体育项目,不断丰富体育教学的内容,提升学生的运动热情,有利于学生的健康成长。
在传统的体育教学过程中,教师往往比较重视学生掌握体育知识、技能以及技术,忽略了对学生社会适应能力和心理素质的培养和提高。而中职学生在身体素质与心理健康发育方面与普通中学生、高校学生存在很大差别,教师在进行中职学生的体育教学时不能照搬照抄普通初高中学生及高校学生体育教学那一套,需要切实结合中职学生的具体情况开展工作。本书通过对新中国成立以来体育教学经历的几次大改革进行研究,分析了体育教学观念的改变及发展趋势,提出了创新思维在体育教学过程中的应用及影响,认为学校体育教育既是学校教育的重要组成部分,也是帮助学生发展个性的重要手段,探究了新时代中职学校进行体育教育转型的路径。

廉福坤
男 中共党员 1967年11月出生 1991年7月毕业于沈阳体育学院,获得学士学位。而后在辽宁省劳动经济学校参加工作至今, 2006年5月被该校聘为高级讲师。曾先后参与编写、主编《体育》内部讲义 、《体育与健康》 中等职业教育规划教材 、《体育与健康》全国职业教育规划教材等三本书籍,发表省级以上论文六篇 ,获得2011年、2012年 宁省人力资源和社会保障厅“先进工作者 ” 2017年、2019年中共 宁广播电视大学委员会“优秀共产党员” 2019年、2021年宁开放大学、 辽宁装备制造职业技术学院“优秀教师”等荣誉称号。
