This paper focuses on the secondary education in Tai 'an City, Shandong Province, and deeply explores the feasibility of carrying out manual education under the background of the first-course ideological and political responsibility system. Through the interpretation of the current education policy and the analysis of the current situation of secondary education in Tai 'an City, this paper expounds the potential value and advantages of the integration of manual education and ideological and political education.
