Study on Innovation in Rule of Law Education in Primary and Secondary Schools

Abstract
The Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee clearly pointed out that: "the rule of law education is incorporated into the national education system, starting from young people, and the rule of law knowledge courses are set up in primary and secondary schools", which fully demonstrates that the rule of law education for young people has always been highly valued by the Party and the State. Unfortunately, the current situation of rule of law education in primary and secondary schools in China and the national requirements there is still a large gap, we not only need to correct the original shortcomings, but more importantly, innovation, innovation is the way to change the status quo of the rule of law education in primary and secondary schools, the implementation of the urgent need to implement a comprehensive quality education, but also in response to the development of the times the inevitable requirements.
