Abstract

The topic of excellent students offers valuable insights into effective strategies for cultivating academic success students. The factors influencing their achievement are teachers, educational policy, teaching methods and the management methods,etc. This study employs qualitative research methods, particularly case studies, to analyze these elements. By highlighting critical success factors, the article aims to provide some enlightenment for the quality of education.
