Strategies for enhancing the teaching design ability of novice Chinese teachers in primary schools

Abstract

Teaching design ability is an important part of teachers' professional ability and an important cornerstone to ensure teachers' teaching quality. In view of the current situation of the teaching design ability of novice Chinese teachers in primary schools, this paper puts forward suggestions from four aspects in order to provide reference for improving the teaching design ability of novice Chinese teachers.
