Abstract

This article introduces the theoretical foundation and constituent elements of the PAC model, explains its application value in the field of education, analyzes the current situation and influencing factors of young postsecondary teachers in teaching and academic research, and proposes specific development strategies, including methods to improve teaching and academic research abilities. This article helps to gain a deeper understanding of the professional development needs of young teachers and provides theoretical and practical references for the professional growth of postsecondary teachers.
