Abstract

The method and indicator system for evaluating the effectiveness of university construction projects are indispensable management tools for higher education institutions. They provide a systematic approach and framework to comprehensively and objectively assess the performance and effects of projects. Through this method and system, we can quantify and measure various aspects of the project, thereby determining whether the project has achieved its intended goals and effects. This not only helps optimize resource allocation and improve management efficiency but also provides decision support for the long-term development of universities. Therefore, establishing and improving methods and indicator systems for evaluating the effectiveness of university construction projects is of significant importance for enhancing the quality of higher education and promoting the sustainable development of universities.
