Sports and student happiness: psychological health and academic stress of college athletes

Abstract

In college education, we should pay close attention to the academic pressure and happiness of college athletes, and take corresponding education measures to help college students alleviate academic pressure and enhance happiness. Therefore, during the stage of data survey, the relationship between college students' academic stress and well-being was understood, and effective countermeasures were put forward.
