Abstract

In the context of the rapid popularity of the sharing economy, scholars have gradually begun to pay attention to topics related to shared education. Problems existing in current school-based training include overemphasis on form, neglect of effectiveness, and lack of emphasis on the subjectivity of participating teachers. Introducing "sharing" thinking into school-based training aims to provide a new idea of teacher training that focuses on school teachers, everyone gets what they need, and everyone gets what they gain, thereby promoting the professional development of teachers.
