The Development Path of Corporate Universities under the Concept of Lifelong Learning

Abstract

In order to explore the development path of corporate universities under the concept of lifelong learning, this article analyzes the definition of lifelong learning and its importance in modern enterprises, while elaborating on the main functions of corporate universities, including talent cultivation, knowledge management, and corporate culture communication. Research suggests that corporate universities should establish learning organizations, innovate and optimize their curriculum systems, adopt diversified learning methods, and strengthen learning evaluation and feedback mechanisms to meet the requirements of lifelong learning. The results indicate that through these measures, corporate universities can more effectively promote employee development, enhance overall organizational capabilities, and provide support for the sustained competitiveness of enterprises.
