Abstract
本文构建了核电厂操纵员的多维知识结构模型,并深入探究该模型如何为核安全提供 多层次、系统性的支撑。文章系统性地构建了由“基础知识层”、“专业技能层”与“核 心素养层”构成的三维知识结构模型。该模型强调,操纵员的能力不仅限于熟悉电厂 工艺系统设备和掌握操作技能,更涵盖了情景意识、决策能力、团队协作及安全文化 素养等高阶认知与非技术技能。最后,本文提出,构建、评估并持续优化此多维知识 结构,是提升人因可靠性、巩固纵深防御体系中人因屏障的战略性举措。
