Abstract

The digital economy, driven by advances in information technology and data analytics, is exerting transformative effects across multiple dimensions of society. This study examines its multi-level impacts, including the reshaping of macroeconomic structures, profound changes in employment patterns, the promotion of intelligent government governance, and the expansion of socio-cultural transformation. While the digital economy fosters innovation, enhances efficiency, and creates new opportunities, it also presents challenges such as employment polarization, data privacy risks, and cultural homogenization. The paper argues that to harness the potential of the digital economy, coordinated efforts in policy innovation, skill development, and ethical governance are essential to ensure inclusive and sustainable development in the digital era.
