Research on Corporate International Operations and Market Expansion Strategies in Economic Management

Abstract

This paper examines the characteristics, challenges, and optimization strategies of corporate international operations and market expansion from an economic management perspective. It first analyzes the features of international operations, such as global resource allocation, diversified market layout, and cultural adaptability, and then discusses the uniqueness of market expansion strategies. By identifying the challenges in international operations and the weaknesses in market expansion, the paper clarifies the difficulties enterprises face during internationalization. It also proposes countermeasures to enhance international operational capabilities and improve market expansion strategies, offering theoretical and practical guidance for boosting international competitiveness.
