Abstract
In the context of globalization, enterprises compete fiercely in the international market and also face cross-border challenges and opportunities. The wave of globalization has caused enterprises to face the diversity of different countries, cultures and markets, which have a far-reaching impact on enterprise management, teamwork and marketing. For enterprises, the importance of understanding and making full use of cross-cultural integration has become one of the key factors for gaining international competitive advantage. Cultural diversity plays an important role in the operation of enterprises. Different cultural backgrounds have a unique impact on the internal management methods, employee teamwork, product positioning and marketing of the enterprise. For example, the values and communication methods of different cultures may lead to management challenges. Therefore, understanding and dealing with this diversity is extremely important for managers to make strategies and decisions.
