Abstract

This study employs Professor Yang Guoan's "Yang Triangle of Organizational Capability" theory, using Waterdrop Inc. as a case study, to explore the development of organizational capabilities in internet technology companies, providing a reference for other internet companies to better achieve organizational improvement.
