Abstract

The reform process of state-owned enterprises in China has been accompanied by the improvement of the legal system, and the revision of the new "Company Law" also partially carries the legislative response to the reform practices of state-owned enterprises. The implementation of the new "Company Law" brings new challenges and opportunities to the efficient management of state-owned enterprises. As the stabilizer of the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics, state-owned enterprises should continue to deepen reforms, strengthen compliance management, and ensure that all business activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
