Abstract

The purpose of this essay is to explore how digital transformation is driving innovation in enterprise strategic management. It will examine the background of digital transformation, the evolving role of strategic management, and key strategies for enterprises in the digital age. Additionally, it will highlight successful case studies and address the challenges and risks associated with digital transformation. Finally, the essay will consider future trends in strategic management and how enterprises can remain competitive in an evolving digital landscape.
