Abstract

Human resource management can also provide libraries with continuous talent training and incentive mechanisms. Through the development of scientific training programs and career development paths, libraries can help employees continuously improve their professional skills and comprehensive quality, and enhance personal competitiveness. At the same time, through the establishment of a reasonable incentive mechanism, such as reward system, promotion mechanism, etc., the library can stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of the staff, and promote the whole team to move forward.
