Abstract

In the context of digital transformation, the value of corporate goodwill assets has received more and more attention. Goodwill is the goodwill and goodwill value enjoyed by an enterprise in the market, and is the basis for the long-term development of an enterprise. Therefore, it is of great value to study the value protection mechanism of corporate goodwill assets for the development of enterprises. This paper expounds the relevant content of corporate goodwill and discusses the value protection mechanism of corporate goodwill assets in the context of digital transformation.
