Abstract

This article explores the necessity of digital transformation in Chinese regional financial holding companies, based on the background of their digitalization efforts. It discusses the requirements set by policies, the demand for sustainable development in company operations, and the impact of the pandemic on driving digitalization. By analyzing specific challenges faced in the digital transformation of regional financial holding companies, clear pathways for progress are proposed.
