再语境化视角下健康话语健康形象自塑研究

Abstract
在健康中国战略全面推进的背景下,健康话语成为自塑国家健康形象的核心载体。本 研究以再语境化为理论视角,选取《“健康中国2030”规划纲要》原文及一篇新闻报道作 为对比语料,采用话语分析方法,系统考察新闻报道如何通过添加、删除、替代、重 组等再语境化策略,将政策文本转化为大众传媒话语,并在此过程中自塑中国健康形 象。研究发现：新闻报道在保留纲要核心精神的前提下,通过删除技术性细节、添加 情感化表达与平民化案例、替换专业术语为大众语言、重组叙事结构与话语主体,成 功建构了全民共建共享的亲和型健康形象、政府主导、全民参与的治理型健康形象 以及大健康理念引领的科学型健康形象。本研究揭示了政策话语向媒体话语转化中 的意义生成机制,为健康传播与国家健康形象自塑提供了可操作的分析路径。
