代际公平视角下商业养老保险的制度角色研究

Abstract
本文主要研究在代际公平视角下,商业养老保险的制度角色,再剖析其在养老保障中的补充作用、促进代际财富转移传承及缓解养老责任压力的角色。通过国内外案例佐证,指出发展面临的问题,并提出应对策略,为促进商业养老保险的发展提供参考。
