An Innovative Training Path for Applied Logistics Professionals from the Perspective of Industry-Education Collaboration: "Two Approaches + Three Collaborations + Four Integrations"
Journal: Journal of Higher Education Research DOI: 10.32629/jher.v7i3.5307
Abstract
As an innovative talent cultivation mechanism, the industry-education integration model effectively combines educational resources, corporate resources, and societal demands, fostering a sustainable ecosystem for developing applied professionals. Currently, as China steadily advances toward its strategic goal of becoming a logistics powerhouse, higher education institutions must further deepen reforms to their market-oriented talent development systems. This involves establishing a collaborative industry-education curriculum framework guided by dual approaches and characterized by interdisciplinary integration; exploring a new paradigm for cultivating applied logistics professionals featuring dual-track motivation (academic innovation and professional competence), tripartite synergy (cooperation among the education chain, industrial chain, and innovation chain), and four-dimensional integration (interdisciplinary convergence, deep industry-education collaboration, theoretical-practical alignment, and university-enterprise resource synergy), thereby providing precise and specialized talent support for advancing the high-quality development of China's logistics sector.
