Abstract

The development of integrity culture constitutes a vital component in the spiritual and institutional development of higher education institutions, serving as both an essential requirement for fulfilling the fundamental mission of cultivating virtue and nurturing talent, and a strategic response to the state's anti-corruption initiatives. Through in-depth analysis of contemporary challenges and key issues in integrity culture construction within universities, this study explores effective pathways for advancing such initiatives. Such exploration plays a crucial role in enhancing the relevance and practical effectiveness of integrity culture development within higher education institutions.
