This paper aims to explore the application of high-impact teaching method in art design education, and discusses the application effect, practical cases and future prospects of high-impact teaching method in art design education. Through project-based learning, flipped classroom and other practices, students' creativity, critical thinking, teamwork and problem-solving skills have been significantly improved. In the future, art and design education should be deeply integrated with science and technology, cultivate a global vision, and integrate the concept of sustainable development.
