Journal: Journal of Higher Education Research DOI: 10.32629/jher.v5i5.3052
Abstract
In order to address the shortcomings of talent cultivation and resource utilization in corporate universities and continuing education in colleges and universities, this article analyzes the functions and characteristics of both, and explores the challenges they face. Research has shown that cooperation between corporate universities and continuing education in higher education institutions is of great necessity, as it can achieve alignment in talent cultivation, integrate their respective resources, and promote innovative development. Based on this, a cooperation mode has been constructed, including course design and development, a two-way training mechanism, and a resource sharing platform. The results show that this cooperation mode can effectively improve the quality of education, meet the demand of enterprises and society for high-quality talents, and promote the coordinated development of the education system.
