Research on the Cultivation of Professional Undergraduate "Craftsman Spirit" under the Background of Hainan Free Trade Port

Abstract

Higher vocational undergraduate education shoulders the important mission of cultivating high-quality technical talents, which is carried out under the background of Hainan Free Trade Port construction. Among them, the cultivation of "craftsman spirit", as an important content of higher vocational undergraduate education, is of great significance to improve the quality of talent cultivation and promote the economic development of free trade port. The present situation, problems and countermeasures of craftsman spirit cultivation in higher vocational undergraduate education are based on the new period. Combined with the actual development of Hainan Free Trade Port, this paper analyzes the current situation of craftsman spirit cultivation in vocational undergraduate education, which provides strong talent support for the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port.
