Research of the Reformation of Translation Course for EFL Students in a Public University in China

Abstract

Task-based language teaching emerges as a transformative approach in the realm of translation education for English majors. This research aims to illustrate the reformation of translation course of EFL students, which meanwhile examine the effect of the application of TBLT method on boosting students' learning performance hereby enhancing their English translation prowess and cross-cultural competency. The research found that the integration of artificial intelligence technology into English translation instruction presents a promising avenue.
