Mechanisms for Introducing Rehabilitation Physical Training in the Teaching of Physical Education in Colleges and Universities

Abstract

With the development of modern educational concepts, physical education in colleges and universities increasingly emphasizes the overall development of students' physical fitness. Rehabilitation physical training emphasizes more attention to students' recovery after exercise in addition to traditional sports activities. This paper analyzes the necessity of introducing rehabilitation physical training in college physical education teaching, combines the practice of college physical education teaching, and discusses in depth the strategy of introducing rehabilitation physical training in college physical education.
