Abstract

Osteoporotic spinal fracture is a common orthopedic condition, currently often treated with surgical intervention. Among these, minimally invasive surgery has become the mainstream treatment option due to its advantages such as rapid recovery and minimal trauma. Based on the pathological characteristics of osteoporotic spinal fractures, this paper reviews common minimally invasive treatment techniques, including percutaneous kyphoplasty and percutaneous vertebroplasty, and analyzes the mechanisms of action and clinical efficacy of various techniques, aiming to provide a reference for clinical treatment.
