Abstract

This article delves into the prevention, treatment, and health management of breast cancer. It first analyzes the risk factors of breast cancer and discusses strategies to prevent breast cancer by changing lifestyles and conducting early screening. It then reviews the treatment methods and latest research progress of breast cancer. Finally, it explores the quality of life and mental health issues of breast cancer patients, as well as health management strategies and lifestyle guidelines.
