水利工程建设前期工作与必要性分析

Abstract

文章对工程施工建设时做好前期工作的重要作用进行了分析,结合当前诸多水利工程前期准备工作的现状,提出了几方面的改进建议,以此提高工程前期工作质量,为更多水利工程提供高质量开展前期工作参考。
