冠心宁片联合芪苈强心胶囊治疗急性冠状动脉综合征合并心衰的疗效

Abstract
目的：探究冠心宁片联合芪苈强心胶囊对合并心力衰竭(heart failure,HF)的急性冠状动脉综合征患者(Acute Coronary Syndrome,ACS)的临床疗效及其可能的保护机制。方法：选取2024年4月1日至2025年4月1日在诸暨市人民医院心血管内科收治的60例合并HF的ACS患者,将其随机分为两组：对照组和实验组,每组各30例。对照组给予常规冠心病和心衰药物治疗,实验组在常规药物治疗的基础上加用冠心宁片和芪苈强心胶囊联合治疗。对两组患者进行为期6月的门诊随访,比较药物治疗半年后两组患者肌钙蛋白、脑钠肽水平以及心脏功能、心血管不良事件发生率等方面的差异。结果：药物治疗6个月后,实验组患者肌钙蛋白、脑钠肽水平较对照组显著降低；实验组患者左室射血分数较对照组显著升高；实验组患者心血管不良事件发生率较对照组显著降低。结论：冠心宁片联合芪苈强心胶囊可改善合并HF的ACS患者的临床症状,提高患者的心脏功能,同时改善ACS患者的远期预后。
