苦苣菜调控TLR4/NF-κB信号通路干预非酒精性脂肪性肝病的研究进展

Abstract

非酒精性脂肪性肝病(non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)是全球最常见的慢性肝病之一,其发病率随着肥胖和代谢综合征的流行而持续攀升。近年来,NAFLD已被重新命名为代谢功能障碍相关脂肪性肝病(metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease,MASLD),以更好地反映其代谢本质。Toll样受体4(TLR4)/核因子-κB(NF-κB)信号通路在NAFLD的发生发展中发挥着关键的调控作用,该通路介导了肠-肝轴中脂多糖(LPS)诱导的炎症反应、氧化应激及脂质代谢紊乱等多个病理过程。苦苣菜(Sonchus oleraceus L.)作为一种药食同源的传统中草药,富含黄酮类、倍半萜类和酚类化合物等多种生物活性成分,具有显著的抗炎、抗氧化和保肝作用。本文系统综述了TLR4/NF-κB信号通路在NAFLD发病机制中的研究进展、天然产物通过该通路干预NAFLD的最新成果,以及苦苣菜在肝脏保护方面的药理学研究现状,旨在为NAFLD的防治提供新的思路和理论依据。
