参芪肌痿颗粒治疗重症肌无力的临床疗效研究

Abstract
目的:评价参芪肌痿颗粒治疗重症肌无力(MG)的临床疗效与安全性。方法:选取20 22年1月- 2024年6月我院收治的60例MG患者,随机分为中药治疗组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。对 照组采用常规西医治疗,中药治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用参芪肌痿颗粒。分别于 治疗前、治疗1个月及3个月时,评估两组患者的中医证候积分和日常生活能力(MG- ADL)评分,比较临床显效率并进行亚组分析。结果:治疗1个月时,中药治疗组显效率 (63.33%)明显高于对照组(33.33%),差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组 患者治疗后MG- ADL评分均较治疗前显著下降(P0.05)。亚组分 析显示,不同年龄、性别、临床分型、病程及中医证型患者的显效率和MG- ADL评分改善均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。研究期间,未观察到患者出现与药物有关 的不良反应。结论:参芪肌痿颗粒治疗可快速改善MG患者的中医证候,疗效不受临床 特征影响,且安全性良好。
