时空针灸联合中药治疗周围性面瘫的临床观察

Abstract
目的：评价时空针灸法联合中药治疗急性期周围性面瘫的临床疗效。方法：纳入20 22年8月至2023年4月本院收治的急性周围性面瘫患者64例,采用随机数字表法分为治 疗组与对照组,各32例。对照组给予常规药物治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用时空针灸 联合三白五虫汤治疗。分别于初诊时、治疗第3天、第1周、第2周及1个月随访时评 估House- Brackmann(HB)分级及面神经功能评分。采用广义估计方程及混合线性模型进行重复 测量数据分析。结果：与对照组比较,治疗组HB分级及面神经功能评分改善更显著, 组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。时间效应分析显示,两组患者随治疗时间延长疗 效均逐渐改善,且治疗组改善幅度更大(P<0.05)。交互作用显示：治疗组疗效优于对 照组。结论：在常规药物治疗基础上联合时空针灸及三白五虫汤,可进一步改善急性 期周围性面瘫患者的面神经功能,且疗效随治疗时间延长而增强。
