慈临中医：以体质为基，调慢病塑造抗衰自然美

Abstract
慈临中医以整体观和体质辨证为核心,构建抗衰老自然美体系。该体系认为衰老源于体质偏颇,并与慢性病相互影响。其方案通过膏滋精准调理体质,并结合饮食、睡眠、情志、运动的日常养护及慢病协同干预,旨在由内而外恢复平和体质,实现健康与自然美。梳理抗衰老产业上升为国家战略的国际趋势,分析其背后的驱动逻辑,并初步探讨其对未来医疗与大健康产业格局可能产生的重塑性影响。该领域的发展已超越早期局限于医美护肤或传统养生的初级形态,正迅速演变为全球主要大国竞相布局的国家级战略焦点
