Abstract
针对电容失配、积分器非理想特性及反馈误差造成的Σ- ΔADC精度劣化问题,本文提出一种CNN- Mamba融合的数字后端残差校准方法。该方法依托理想与非理想模型构建监督数据集 ,将非理想滤波输出作为输入,以输出残差为标签完成误差补偿预测;利用CNN提取局 部误差特征,结合Mamba建模长序列依赖关系。实验结果表明,该方法无需修改模拟调 制器结构,可有效抑制非理想误差,显著提升Σ-ΔADC的输出精度。
