冲突话语研究综述

Abstract
本文通过对国内外冲突话语研究现状的系统梳理，旨在明确该领域的学术进展与核心主题，为促进人际和谐交往提供参考。研究回顾了冲突话语的定义演变、结构特征及多维语用视角。研究发现，冲突话语研究已由单一会话分析转向涵盖不礼貌理论、语用顺应、人际关系管理及语用理性的多维范式；其结构细化为启始、延续与终结三个动态博弈阶段；研究对象则从亲子、夫妻等私人语境扩展至医疗、政论及网络社交等公共语境。结论指出，尽管该领域理论整合成果显著，但仍面临界定标准模糊、研究方法局限及语料规模有限等挑战。未来研究应致力于厘清结构标准，利用大规模量化分析扩展语料体量，并整合非语言符号等多元视角，以推动研究体系的整体完善。
