面向人机协作装配单元布局的知识图谱驱动方案生成方法

Abstract

针对人机协作装配布局设计中知识分散、约束不统一、方案依赖经验的问题,本文提出一种知识图谱驱动的布局生成方法:构建包含产品、工艺、资源与需求的人机协作知识图谱,形成统一语义网络;基于图谱路径相似推理筛选候选资源配置与布局原型,并将其转化为遗传算法的候选集、参数边界与约束,实现连续布局方案生成。在电池包装配案例实验验证,所得Nest型布局方案使生产节拍降低 13.75%,物流路径长度降低9.68%,协作空间利用率提高4.5%。
