乡村特色产业发展对农民就近就业的影响：基于福建省县域面板数据的实证分析

Abstract
基于2014—2023年福建省县域面板数据，对乡村特色产业发展与农民就近就业之间的关系及其异质性特征展开实证分析。通过构建综合特色产业发展指数，并运用双向固定效应模型进行回归分析，结果显示乡村特色产业发展水平对农民就近就业存在显著正向影响。进一步异质性检验表明，该就业促进效应存在明显的区域差异，具体表现为在低收入县域和沿海地区作用更为突出。基于结果分析，揭示了乡村特色产业带动就业的内在机制，为因地制宜制定差异化产业政策提供了实证依据，对推动乡村振兴、促进农民就近就业增收具有政策启示意义。
