菲律宾吕宋经济走廊建设进展与预期影响探析

Abstract
2024年4月,美日菲三国宣布在全球基础设施与投资伙伴关系框架下,建设吕宋经济走 廊(LEC)。吕宋经济走廊的重点建设地区围绕马尼拉、八打雁和中吕宋岛展开,涉及 交通物流、制造业、农业、房地产和旅游业等多个领域。通过美西方国家的双边和 多边机制,吕宋经济走廊的建设正快速落实,并吸引了包括中国台湾地区、英国、瑞 典和澳大利亚等域外行为体的参与。吕宋经济走廊的预期影响涉及菲律宾自身发展 和国防安全,同时助力菲律宾成为未来国际物流枢纽,另外,也应当注意到LEC是菲律 宾对美西方国家的战略迎合的产物。
