大连低空旅游经济发展战略定位——与上海、深圳的比较分析

Abstract
随着新质生产力驱动的产业升级进程加快,低空经济已从前沿概念演进为国家战略性新兴产业与经济增长新引擎。其通过低空空域内的多元飞行活动,深度融合航空制造、人工智能、大数据等领域,催生出城市空中交通、无人机物流、低空旅游等多元化业态,万亿级市场规模引发各大城市争先布局。本文以大连市低空旅游经济为研究对象,剖析其发展现状、潜力与核心挑战,并通过与上海、深圳等国内先行城市的系统性对比,为大连制定科学可行的低空经济发展战略提供决策依据。
