学前儿童执行功能研究的进展及思考

Abstract
执行功能是学前儿童认知发展的核心部分,作为实现目标导向、完成自我调节与控制 的关键心理机制,其发展水平对儿童学业成就、社交适应及终身发展具有深远影响。 学前阶段(3- 6岁)是儿童执行功能萌芽与快速发展的关键期,了解其发展规律、影响因素及干预路 径,对深化认知发展理论、优化学前教育实践具有重要意义。本文系统梳理学前儿童 执行功能的核心内涵与理论基础,总结其发展特点、影响因素及干预训练的研究进展 ,剖析当前研究在理论、方法、内容及实践转化方面的现存问题,并结合我国学前教 育发展实际提出未来研究展望,为后续研究深化与教育实践优化提供参考。
