中国基层医保“双通道”政策执行情况分析

Abstract
随着医疗保障体系的完善，提升基层医疗保障服务质量已成为关乎全民健康的关键环节。旨在优化药品供应与服务效率的“双通道”政策受到广泛关注。本文回顾了该政策的实施背景与现状，评估了其在保障药品供应、减轻患者负担及提升医保服务效率等方面的作用。同时，分析了政策执行中面临的采购机制不健全、资金效率低下与监管体系不完善等挑战。通过文献与数据分析，本文为政策优化提供依据，以推动基层医保体系健康发展，更好地满足人民群众的健康需求。
