呼吸训练在脑卒中康复中的应用进展

Abstract

脑卒中是一种常见的神经系统疾病。由脑卒中带来的各种功能障碍给患者、患者家庭及社会均带来沉重的负担。呼吸训练是一种重要的康复训练手段,包含呼吸模式训练、呼吸肌训练、“六字诀”呼吸训练等训练方式,可改善脑卒中后的呼吸、运动、吞咽、言语、心血管等功能。综述当前呼吸训练在脑卒中康复中的应用进展,以期为脑卒中的综合康复提供参考。
