多学科诊疗模式在降低正中弓状韧带压迫综合征误诊率中的应用价值

Abstract
目的：探讨正中弓状韧带压迫综合征的临床特点、误诊误治原因及多学科诊疗模式在降低正中弓状韧带压迫综合征误诊率中的应用价值。方法：回顾性分析3例在临床确诊前均曾误诊、误治的正中弓状韧带压迫综合征的临床资料。结果：3例病例均经过长时间误诊、误治后最终确诊并行腹腔镜下正中弓状韧带松解术，术后相关症状得到明显改善，分析正中弓状韧带压迫综合征的疾病特点及误诊误治原因。结论：对临床上疑似正中弓状韧带压迫综合征患者，应尽早组织多学科会诊以明确诊断，以避免误诊误治带来的严重后果，长期随访表明积极手术具有较好疗效。
