锥形束CT技术应用于肝癌患者介入治疗效果评估中的应用

Abstract
目的：探究锥形束CT技术应用于肝癌患者介入治疗效果评估价值。方法：本研究以中山大学附属第三医院粤东医院2023—2025年期间，在本院接受肝动脉栓塞术的18例患者为研究对象，其中男性15例，女性3例。所有病例均采用Seldinger法（C-TACE、DEB-TACE）进行治疗，同时采集患者术前、术中及术后的CBCT扫描资料，构建数据库。结合影像学方法，从多个角度评价CBCT诊断HCC残余病灶、复发情况及疗效评价的准确性与可信度。结果：18例患者均成功完成介入治疗及CBCT评价，未出现因药物副作用而中止研究的情况。结论：锥束CT是评价肝细胞癌疗效的重要手段，可为疗效评价、治疗方案制定及术后疗效监控等方面提供可靠依据，同时降低放射损伤的风险，是一种极具可行性和实用性的新方法，应用前景广阔。
